| 1) If you're not happy, we're not happy! 2) You will always deal with a professional sports agent. 3) 3) All call in wagers are recorded and repated to you, at the completion of the call. So, please wait for the read back, to insure you received the wager you asked for. It is your responsibility to do so. Internet wagers, once "SENT" are entirely your responsibility. If however, you send the bet and then realize a error was made, please call in and we will look at the wager, to see if a change can be made. However, once the call is completed and youve agreed to what the phone writer has quoted you, that is a bet! 4) All wagers are final at the completion of the call. No plays can be altered, cancelled or adjusted in any manner, if there has been a line change or if five (5) minutes has transpired since the call was completed. If you have any questions on your wagers you should call WWW Inc. immediately. 5) To cash your winnings, simply contact WWW via our online banking method, by phone or e-mail and indicate how much you would like sent to you. Our payout options include Bank Draft mailed via FedEx, Western Union, Neteller, Chexcard or Bank Wire. 6) Bank Wires are normally done in 4-5 Banking days. Bank cheques can require approximately 12 Banking days. However WWW will always exercise all efforts to pay you asap. 7) All rules and regulations of World Wide Wagering, Inc., are currently and will always be consistent with the Nevada Gaming Commission, and any revisions they make in the future. For wagering purposes, WWW Inc. will recognize the Commission as the final decision. 8) New Account deposits of $300 or more are entitled to a free transfer fee. Deposit $500 or more and WWW picks up the fee and give you 10% bonus too. The minimum wager on sporting events is $25 for phone in wagers and $5.00 for internet wagers. WWW Inc. reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. 9) The maximum wager is $5,000 unless other arrangements have been made. 10) All sporting events must take place on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed and/or rescheduled said event will automatically result in "no action". Golf and NASCAR events have special rules covering this. Please see our Rules link covering this. 11) Winners and losers are official after the event has been completed 12) On second half wagers, overtime periods are counted in the final score. 13) Placing wagers or collecting wagers by anyone under 21 years of age is prohibited. Upon learning that an account is opened or being used by a minor, WWW Inc. will immediately terminate the account. 14) WWW Inc. has the right to add, delete or change house wagering rules and payoff odds. 15) Horse wagering: Payoffs will be computed at 20/1, 8/1, 4/1. The maximum payoff on a single horse wager is $10,000. Daily doubles are limited to 100-1. Exactas and parlays are limited to 50-1. 16) Boxing: Once the bell has sounded to start the first round the fight becomes an official event. A bet placed on a round is considered a full round only when the bell sounds to end that round. Upon the stopping of a fight in mid-round, the exact time of that round will be used for round propositional betting. 17) All wagering calls are tape recorded and any disputes will be referred to the tape for final determination. We are fully computerized with all wagers, moneyline prices, and pointspreads -being controlled by the system. This is done to increase accuracy and promote efficiency. In case of a dispute, the tape recording and NOT the computer information will serve as the final determination. All online wagers are considered a bet once they are recorded on our server. If you do not see a bet in your pending report, then you do not have a wager. It is recommended that you print a copy of your wagers for proof of wager. |
