We will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud.The Client agrees that Neteller may charge the credit card on its behalf and full responsibility for the transaction is accepted by such Client as referred to in and as per the terms of that Agreement. By submitting this document it is agreed and acknowledged that the transactions made against the Neteller account are final.
